The Old Bakery Beer Company is a certified organic craft brewery located in downtown Alton, IL. In addition to our line of up of all organic beers, our restaurant and tasting room features a menu of seasonally-rotating sandwiches, salads, and soups, designed to pair well with beer. Our food menu features something for everyone, including many vegan and vegetarian options, and our bar menu includes local soda, wine, and cocktails for those not in the mood for delicious organic craft beer.

Rustic Roots is a platform for many local artists and crafters to sell their products and creations. We retail a number of companies that support charities, recycle, repurpose and give back! We provide a shopping experience that many other shops don’t have. Our goal is to continue to build our platform and give back to our community.

We recently expanded into the back of the building, and created a banquet space that we refer to as the “Rally Room.” This room has a warm, rustic feel that mimics that of the shop. We offer to rent the room out for different events. We hope to offer more services in the future as we continue to grow.

Spencer T. Olin, a nearly 7,000 yd. 18-Hole Championship layout and 9-Hole Learning Center, provide schallenges, opportunities, and fun for golfers of all skill levels.

Spencer T. Olin Golf Course is approximately 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis in the 750-acre Gordon F. Moore Community Park.  Arnold Palmer designed this course layout at the request of his lifelong friend of over forty years, Spencer T. Olin, founder of Olin Industries.  Mr. Palmer’s goal was to design a course challenging enough for the skilled golfer, but yet enjoyable for the average golfer.  As a testament to these “Palmer” standards, Spencer T. Olin hosted the 1996 U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Link Championship, the ESPN televised 1999 U.S. Men’s Amateur Public Links Championship,  Web.Com Tour (KornFerry Tour) Qualifying, U.S. Amateur Qualifying, and the Metropolitan Amateur Golf Association’s East Side Amateur Championship.
