The Area Agency on Aging 1-B won a 2020 Hermes Gold Award for their first-ever resource guide "Connect."  The guide, published in late 2019, includes comprehensive resource listings for the six counties AAA 1-B serves and user-friendly content about caregiving, Medicare, staying brain-healthy into old age and much more.

Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

The 2020 competition received more than 6,000 entries from the U.S., Canada and other countries int he areas of advertising, public relations, marketing and media production.  AAA 1-B entered "Connect" in the print publication category, one of more than 200 categories in the competition.
