Andrew Littman, JD, has been named Vice President of Research at Gibbs Planning Group.  Littman joined GPG’s Birmingham offices in 2017 and served as Director of Research where he oversaw its real estate advisory services and hotel, office, residential and retail market research for cities and new town centers across North America.  

At GPG, Lttman has recently directed research for the Arkansas College of Health, Bethlehem, Birmingham, Central Michigan University, Easton Town Center, Farmington, Grosse Pointe, Hilton Head, Kalamazoo, Keego Harbor, Las Cruces, Missoula, Naples, Omaha, Palm Desert, Savannah, Sylvan Lake, Troy, Upper Arlington, Warren, Wayne State and Westland.

Littman is a graduate of Skidmore College, the College of Law at The Ohio State University and obtained a graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Congress for New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute.
