Cameron Hooper, an employee of Granite
Telecommunications, LLC of Quincy, recently presented HopeHealth President and
CEO, Diana Franchitto, with a check for $5,800 to support hospice care, in
memory of his grandfather, Bartly F. O’Connor.
The money was raised by Granite
employees who participated in a casual Friday. Employees are encouraged to
nominate nonprofit organizations to benefit from the weekly collections.
Granite is a provider of telecommunications solutions to businesses in the U.S.
Cameron was touched by the
exceptional care Hope Hospice provided to his grandfather and his entire
family. Mr. O’Connor was a patient at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich, a
hospice inpatient unit serving southeastern Massachusetts.
