The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod is a nonprofit organization that has helped people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families for more than 50 years. The Arc Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod empowers and supports people with disabilities and their families to belong, contribute, and thrive.

The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod is seeking Shared Living Providers who are interested in welcoming an adult with intellectual/developmental disabilities into their home. As a Shared Living, you will explore opportunities for providing community integration through social and recreational activities that the person is interested in. It will be the provider’s responsibility to give individualized support to the person on a daily basis. A Shared Living provider is providing care in their own home like: meals, supporting activities of daily living, promoting relationships and friendships, overseeing medical care, transporting to activities, etc. The provider should be committed to supporting The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod’s mission to support a person with intellectual and developmental disabilities to belong, contribute and thrive.
