Part 1: An introduction to the 4 elements that are basic to your type of beauty- Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen, and Carbon. I talk about how we have all 4 elements in us, but we lead with just one and that one is called our dominant energy. Our dominant energy is what makes you, you and me, me.
  
Part 2: Energy profiling. Through energy profiling, I can determine what a woman's dominant energy is. When we know what the dominant energy is, we can determine the type of clothing a woman can wear too be true to herself.
  
Part 3: Five elements: Design Line, Texture, Fabrications, Patterns, and Color.
The workshop is designed to help women learn what type of clothing looks best on them and that is true to their unique energy, so they can reflect the best version of themselves with confidence, style and grace.
