The practice was started by Dr. Kelly Spiller in 2008 in Belton, Missouri. As the practice grew, Dr. Spiller opened a second location in Liberty, Missouri. In 2015, Dr. Spiller reached an agreement to merge with ENT Associates of Greater Kansas City, PC, which is a large group of independent otorhinolaryngologists, also known as ear, nose, and throat physicians.
