OUR APPROACH.

Our goal at Northwest Spine & Sport is to get you out of pain and back to a functional life. Here's our approach broken down into five simple steps. We are contracted with Regence BlueCross/BlueShield, Providence, Pacific Source, Moda Connexus, Moda Synergy, Moda Beacon, Moda OHSU PPO, Medicare, Regence MedAdvantage, and also offer a Chiro Health USA discount plan. We encourage you to contact us to help you understand any out of network benefits if you have an insurance company not included in this list.

1. SCHEDULE A VISIT.

If you need care for any musculoskeletal problem, please schedule a visit with us by filling out the "Schedule A Visit" form on this page or calling us at our office. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to set up a visit.

2. EVALUATION

A comprehensive evaluation including a Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) will be performed to quantify a client’s basic movement capacity. This allows us to prioritize your treatment/training decisions. 

3. TREATMENT

A specifically directed conservative care manual treatment approach that addresses all aspects of the neuromusculuskeletal system including connective tissues, nerves and joints that is backed by the current scientific literature.

4. TRAINING

In order to ensure lasting improvement after treatment, it is essential to train your system. We utilize Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), a logical approach to training that applies current scientific principles to the musculoskeletal system.
