The McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce is founded on the principle of promoting mutual benefit for all its members. The chamber values and respects the spirit of healthy competition and differences of opinion which occur naturally between and among its members. Use of official communication channels however, either oral or written, by one Chamber member to openly discredit another Chamber member fall outside the mission and values of the Chamber and is not permissible.

I hereby represent that the forgoing application is true and correct and understand that any falsification or misrepresentation of materials is grounds for rejection of this application and may subsequently, at the discretion of the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, result in the termination of membership, if granted.
