Join Northern Alaska Tour Company on a guided ground tour from Fairbanks to Denali National Park.  Along the way your guide will share information about life in the Tanana Valley and make a stop at the village of Nenana, an important transportation hub for interior Alaska with air, rail, river and road access.  Visit the Murie Science and Learning Center and take a gentle walk or short snowshoe trek in the park. Optional return by Alaska Railroad available on Saturday departures.

From the Parks Highway turn east at the Healy Spur Road, make a left just past the community center on School Road, bear right at the wye in the road. We are just past the 2nd intersection on the left. There are signs posted the Healy Road and on Carbon Way.

Training sled dogs is a year-round affair for four-time Iditarod champion Jeff King. He is is recognized as the “Winningest Musher in the World.” His victories include not only the 1,049 mile Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1993, 1996, 1998, and 2006, but also over two dozen first place finishes in races all across Alaska. Each summer we share the world’s finest sled dogs and puppies with visitors world wide at our location in Denali Park, Alaska.

At Moon Dog Kennel, we offer guests an immersive summer experience.
