From the beginning we wanted to be, above all else, authentic. Built on an ancient fossil bed, Solaro Estate produces internationally-awarded wines. Named Texas Winery of the Year and Texas Hill Country Winery of the Year NYIWC, our working ranch, vineyards and winery in Dripping Springs expands above Barton Creek with spectucular vistas of the Texas Hill Country. Open Sundays through Mondays and Thursdays from 11:00am to 5:00pm and Fridays - Saturdays from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

Texas Tipsy Tours is a luxury winery, brewery and distillery tour service. We offer private tours, as well as private transportation for weddings, date nights, and special events.
