the credit union to begin serving anyone who lives, works, worships or
attends school in Clackamas, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill

Starting Pay Range $25.00 to
$29.00 per hour based on experience
Those who are fluent in Spanish are eligible for a language
differential pay.

improve lives by offering world-class service. Our Branch Support Lead (Senior Banker) provides
unparalleled service to our members by expanding and deepening relationships.
Areas of focus include assisting the Branch Manager in the overall
operational management of the Branch, being a subject matter expert for
department policies and procedures, and will assist the Branch Manager in
coordination, audit, and training concerning the operations for the team.
Our Branch Support
Lead is also ready to assist in the overall operations
of the branch by processing routine transactions, opening new accounts, and
taking loan applications.
Here is a snapshot of what our
Team's day-to-day looks like:
- Collaborates in creating an encouraging
environment by leading by example and mentoring employees to achieve top
performance in service and sales.
- Supports Branch Manager in implementing
and monitoring team performance and department goals; helps in
developing action plans to meet those goals.
- Provides support to branch and other
departments in questions and clarifications relating to existing Branch
policies and procedures.
- Exercises as lead in operational
approvals, corrections, overrides, completion of daily postings, and
reconciliations.
- Connecting and chatting with members via
walk-in branch operations and via Credit Union technology including
phone systems, online chat, and email.
- Thoughtfully reflect and analyze member's
goals, needs, and concerns, and educate our community on appropriate
products/services to ensure one-touch resolution and to build a
long-term banking relationship with each member.
- Excited to support our team by being
consistently prepared and ready to help our members by delivering a
world-class interaction through face to face connections and secure
digital services.
- Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge
about technology with the ability to quickly learn and access products
through banking core systems.
- Have fun in this fast-paced environment.

Essential skills
- Two (2) years prior experience in retail
sales or service; financial services experience preferred
- Excellent listening skills with the
ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome
objections
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically
- Demonstrated effective time management
skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team
environment
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy and service
- Strong critical thinking and
decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- This position requires NMLS registration
at the time of employment. Embold Federal Credit Union will initiate the
NMLS registration process immediately after your employment start date.
The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org )
provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in
this position.
Work Schedule
FULL-TIME – Non-exempt - 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM Monday thru Friday, with alternating Saturdays (required) from 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Starting Pay Range
$25.00 to $29.00 per hour based on experience

**Partial payment upon completion of the first full cycle, and
after successful completion of six months of employment.
