Knowledge and Skills:
Education: College Degree Preferred
Experience: Credit
Union Management, previous management experience in operations preferred
Other Skills: Must have good communication skills,
including written, verbal, and public speaking. Creativity and knowledge of
target marketing required. Must possess organizational and analytical skills;
must be able to coordinate a variety of projects. Must have sales skills and be self-motivated
and able to work independently. Must be professional in dress and appearance.
Proficient with use of personal computer and applications, including but not
limited to spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation tools, and
online systems. Ability to apply common
sense and the ability to reason are expected. Ability to analyze and interpret
technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents is essential.
Physical skills:
Required to sit, talk and hear. Must be able to stand at events for extended
time periods. Required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools
or controls. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision and adjustable focus. Must be able to lift and carry 20-pound
