The Minot Motor
Vehicle Department, a division of the Minot Area Chamber EDC is looking for an
outgoing, friendly individual to fill the position of Title Clerk. This position calls for a highly motivated,
responsible, and customer service-oriented individual.
This position
is under the direction of the Minot Motor Vehicle Manager to perform the
following essential job functions:
Providing technical information in response to
diverse inquiries regarding motor vehicle registration, titling, tax, leases,
and mobility policies from external or internal customers in person, over the
telephone, by fax, email, or mail.
= Adept at navigating complex state regulations and
ensuring accurate and timely completion of title transactions.
Other key elements for success may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
= Must be able to navigate multiple computer systems at the same
time.
= Strong organizational, communication with oral and written with
excellent eye for detail.
Willing to be a team player in a small office environment.
Job Type:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Salary
Position: dependent on experience
