The purpose of the Certified Healthy Business Forum is to provide an opportunity for businesses to build capacity in their worksite wellness efforts and support their growth to the next level for Certified Healthy Business certification.

Local resources to support wellness efforts will be identified and practical information for businesses to use immediately will be provided.

At the end of the Forum, participants will be able to describe:

• Why investing in worksite wellness programs is beneficial to businesses
• Where to find local resources to support screenings for employee risk factors including cardiovascular disease and diabetes
• Strategies to support nutrition and physical activity during the workday
• Available lifestyle change programs throughout the community
