Living Well with chronic disease: self-management
Have you been diagnosed with a chronic disease? MAC Inc. is
offering a six-session community-based workshop to help adults manage their
condition.
Topics covered include:

Pain and fatigue management

Dealing with depression
=
Healthy eating and exercise
=
Medication management
=
Working with healthcare providers
=
Goal setting and problem solving
The two-and-a-half-hour sessions will be held on Tuesdays,
Nov. 5-Dec. 10, 2:30-5 p.m., at Victoria Park, 875 Victoria Park Drive, in
Salisbury. Attend all six sessions to be entered into a drawing for a $25
Walmart gift card, in addition to weekly prizes drawings.
