Business After Hours - Pohanka of Automotive Training Center
Pohanka Automotive Group of Salisbury has always believed in
giving back to its community. Since the creation of the Pohanka Pays It Forward
program, they have donated to over 750 charitable organizations totaling more
than $1,000,000!
Their commitment to this community here on the Delmarva
Peninsula is strong and growing. Pohanka of Salisbury is pleased to announce a new
training program through their new Pohanka Automotive Training Center (PATC.)
The automotive training program at Pohanka will train
students for the career of Certified Automotive Technician. This will allow
students to work in the field of transportation and the automobile service
industry. As part of the program, students are given the opportunity to learn
to use specialized equipment and tools as well as late-model vehicles.
Something very unique about PATC is that Pohanka offers a
program that allows students to attend the academy free of charge. This is
assuming that the student meets all the necessary requirements and obligations
apart of the program.

- meet David White, Head and Instructor of the PATC
- tour the new training facility
