Innovative Investments, LLC is locally-owned and operated by Business Partners & Husband & Wife, Mat Clark and Heather Walker Clark. They have 3 boys – Jarred, Jayden, and Josiah, 2 dogs – Petey and Moses, and 1 Kitty Kitty – Kramer – and raise their family in downtown Jonesboro.



Mat and Heather started Innovative Investments in 2014 with a vision that “all people deserve to live in quality housing.” Professionally speaking, Mat has a clinical background, while Heather has a social innovation background, but both have a passion for community revitalization and service. Their litmus test? “If we won’t live in it, we won’t rent it.”
