Dripping Springs Christian Academy is a K3-12th grade independent Classical Christian school serving its rural community since 2006. Training leadership through virtue and service. DSCA utilizes the trivium of Classical Education in its school of Grammar, Logic and Rhetoric. As a college preparatory school, students engage in a rich study of knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

The Foundation works closely with the Austin Community Foundation to ensure the work of the Foundation operates and complies with the laws governing nonprofit organizations.

Vision Statement:  To promote life-long learning for all residents of the Dripping Springs area.

Mission Statement:  To provide free access to print and electronic materials, music, information and reference services, educational and cultural programs and meeting spaces for residents of all ages and interests in the Dripping Springs area.

The Dripping Springs Community Library is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Government Entity which provides free services to all residents living within, or any person employed within Hays County as well as the Dripping Springs Independent School District. Cards are available to non-residents or persons not employed within either the county or district for a small fee. All fees and fines go toward running and maintaining the library.


Family owned distillery produces Dripping Springs Vodka, Dripping Springs Orange Vodka, Dripping Springs Artisan and Traditional Gin, Well No. 1876 Vodka in small copper pot stills.

Also owns 1876 Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Republic Whiskey, Republic Tequila, Z Tequila, Paula's Texas Spirits, Martine Honeysuckle Liqueur and Republic Spirit Blends. 

 

Open Thursday-Sunday for craft cocktails and tasting flights featuring award winning spirits, tours of the small batch distillery throughout the day, elevated comfort food from the scratch kitchen, and plenty of seating in the beautiful Visitor Center, on the patio, and outside.

Bring your family and friends out for a meal or stay awhile and enjoy the cool breeze under the oak trees.

Stay a little later on Thursdays & Fridays with Happy Hour from 3-7:30 pm offering $5 draft cocktails and tasting flights, as well as $3 sliders and tacos.

Saturdays and Sundays offer a special brunch menu as well as full menu, Bloody Mary Bar, Texas singer-songwriters outside under the oaks, and football inside.

About DSISD Dripping Springs Independent School District is located in the northwest portion of Hays County (approximately 19 miles west of Austin) and offers a comprehensive curriculum based on the goal of student achievement at the highest level. Teachers strive to personalize instruction to meet the needs of each student and help him or her reach their individual potential and connect with personal passions. Currently the district operates seven schools along with a central administration office, and separate transportation and support service facilities. There are many factors that contribute to DSISD’s excellence in education, including a quality teaching staff at all grade levels. Dripping Springs Council of PTAs serves the 8-member PTAs of the Dripping Springs ISD.  
Council serves as a district-wide resource and training avenue for Texas PTA and strives to organize community events for all DSISD schools that serve the mission of PTA.
PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Our Mission Statement can be summed up in 3 words:  GATHER, GROW and GO.
