After graduating from Bradley University in May of 2023, Kaitlyn started working for The Big Biscuit in the Marketing Department. Her current role focuses on creating strong partner relationships and help deepen the roots of The Big Biscuit with the communities it operates in. She looks forward to attending Chamber Events as often as possible and learning more about how The Big Biscuit can show up for the people of North East Johnson County. Her favorite menu item at The Big Biscuit is the Waffle Platter with scrambled eggs and sausage. She looks foward to meeting everyone involved with the NEJC Chamber!
