Birthday Connections empowers families with the resources and dignity to celebrate their children's birthdays. Families log on to our online shopping platform to choose their children's birthday gifts and personalize the sweet treat of their choice. Children who are celebrated and recognized on their birthday feel more self-confident and have a better sense of self-worth.
