This person would be responsible for
- member service supervisor who takes care of day to day tasks and directly supervises the following
- 8 Member Service Representatives (take inbound phone calls for residential and business customers wanting to connect/disconnect, or change service)
- 2 Customer Service Billing Representatives (take inbound calls from customers who have questions about their bill, help them sign up for app and online bill pay, regular reports)
- 5 Service Center / Dispatch Representatives (take trouble calls from customers and schedule technician to repair)

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service supervisory role as well as be able to develop projects related to department strategy, efficiencies, and best practice use of software tools. This is a new position, and a great candidate will be able to use their strengths to help define the role.
