The Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce presents a preview of the 2021 Maryland General Assembly Session on Thursday, January 7th at 11:00 AM via ZOOM.

The COVID-19 crisis has left Maryland and local governments in fiscal peril, and small businesses need additional relief.

The entire Lower Shore Legislative Delegation will discuss which bills will be introduced to address these and other challenges and will answer questions on future legislation that could help or hurt the business community in 2021.

Audience questions can be submitted via the ZOOM chat feature.

MAC’s 2021 Virtual Winter Institute continues Thursday, Jan. 14,  with more exciting classes.

The Virtual Winter Institute offers a fun and exciting break from your (COVID) winter boredom – without leaving home! Classes are designed to entertain and to engage your brain! It’s an opportunity to gather together – virtually – with others who love learning.  
 Classes on Jan. 14 include: "Introduction to Tai Ji Quan: Movement for Better Balance," 9 a.m.; 
"A Convenient Place for a Town: The Early Days of Salisbury," 10:30 a.m.; 
 "Condition Your Body: Enhance Fitness," 12:30 p.m.; and
