Then being promoted to Area Director, Director of Development, and Senior Director. He supervised residential services to individuals in supported living sites through the waiver and individuals living in ICFs. Dungarvin was one of three agencies that provided services to individuals in Exceptional Support Need ICFs, commonly called ESNs. He developed a nursing department and behavior management program, working for Dungarvin for nearly 23 years. He is involved with INARF and currently sits on the Membership Development Committee. In 2021, she was promoted to site operations director for the Michigan City clinic. Rebecca is a servant leader and understands the challenges facing healthcare workers. She provides her staff with the support they need to care for their patients. Rebecca is also a fierce advocate for patient’s rights and works diligently to increase access to health care for those in the Michigan City community. In her free time, she serves at a local food pantry, is very active in her church, and volunteers both time and resources to other community organizations. In 2019, Rebecca was given the HealthLinc Hero award for her work in the community. Rebecca graduated from Southern New Hampshire University where she majored in healthcare administration. She lives in Portage with her husband.
