When Kim was working in Home Healthcare, she recalls working with a 17-year-old individual with a disability. The experience changed her perspective on life and helped her realize that we often take our abilities for granted, and at that time, she began preparing for her future career. She wanted to help people reach their full potential. Latchford assisted in the Home Health arena for the next 30 years. Now, a 26-year veteran at Paladin, Latchford worked her way up from Direct Support Professional to Director and Vice President of Participant Services, to interim President. Throughout her long career, she has held roles like Case Manager, Intake Specialist, and Habilitation Manager. Having held varied positions has given Latchford a unique perspective on the company that she brings with her every day as Vice President in charge of operations.
