Christmas Donations Needed!

Circles of Care is a non-profit social service agency currently serving the Coastal Bend, Houston, Laredo,
Rio Grande Valley, Central Texas and Dallas areas. We have a contract with Child Protective Services to
place children who require out of home placement. The children we serve and place in our foster homes
come from neglectful and abusive backgrounds. Their lives, before foster care, often consisted of and were
defined by poverty, abuse, family drug use, violence, and neglect.
Our foster families and the agency try to enrich these childrens’ lives as much as possible through the
funding we get from the State agencies such as Child Protective Services who refer these children to us for
placement. But, these funds just do not cover all the cost of providing the services, monitoring, treatment,
and care these children need as well as having extra funds to do something special for the children.
We serve children ranging in age from newborn to 21 years of age and are currently serving about 75
children in Region 11 (Corpus, RGV, Laredo). The Christmas holiday is quickly approaching and we
would greatly appreciate any donation that could be given to us so that we may provide the children with
gifts and a memorable holiday.
