At Integritas Wellness Institute, we mainly focus on the prevention of disease. In order to ensure healthy longevity, we use an integrative approach while still using modern evidence-based medicine. We focus on the modification of environmental, lifestyle, and dietary contributors to health & wellness along with vitamin supplementation when needed.

Dr. Rifai is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Rifai has been in practice for many years in metro Detroit.

The goal of practice is to provide personalized medicine, as there are no two patients alike.

Dr. Rifai personally takes care of her patients and is directly involved in their care.

The practice is centrally located in the heart of Bloomfield Hills, with close proximity to I-75 of Metro-Detroit. Dr. Rifai has hospital privileges at Corewell East Hospitals (previously known as Beaumont) & Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital (previously known as Crittenton Hospital).
