Job Overview:
The
Claims Administrator will work closely with the Claims Manager and Claims
Specialist. With a focus on customer
service, they will reach out to customers regarding claims resolution. They will keep accurate and comprehensive
records regarding each claim, while keeping the claims group well informed
regarding the status of claims. They work cross-functionally with key partners in our corporate office and client leadership to effectively achieve or exceed goals and produce outcomes in line with the company’s vision.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. This is an in-office
position.
