April Business Networking B49 Mixer: Networking & Chamber Bake-Off Contest!

Always a very popular (and delicious) event!  Join us on April 25th at 7:30 AM at JK Moving Services. JK Moving Services is a local, long distance 48 states, moving company with over 300,000 square feet of household, office, & record storage. We will be meeting at their new location. Thank you for your sponsorship!

This Business Networking B49 is two-fold, it's networking for work & networking for good. The Chamber of Commerce will host a friendly, fun, & tasty baking for good competition. We are looking for your best and most delicious baked muffins, cupcakes, or other baked treats! Please bring at least a dozen of your prized baked goodies to serve (and compete!) and a dozen or more packaged for GGCC staff to deliver to our public safety personnel after the event - a small token of how much we appreciate their work in our community.

There are Two Ways to Attend:

1. Non-Baker. Please feel free to attend this morning mixer simply for the networking opportunities!

2. Baker. Here is how you can participate in the Bake-off.

• Pledge to share your homemade baked goods with Chamber Members, the celebrity judges, and members of our community
• Register as a baker. Advance registration is required.
• Find your favorite muffin or cupcake recipe - or bring a savory baked treat!
• Whip up your winning "dozen" to bring. Please also bring a list of ingredients to be displayed next to your goodies (in case of allergens). 
• Please bring at least a dozen of your prized baked goodies to serve (and compete!) and a dozen or more packaged for GGCC staff to deliver to our public safety personnel after the event.
• The morning of the contest, you'll be asked to select your best baked good to be judged by the judging panel and to place this on a separate plate. 

• Make sure you have your goodies at the Chamber Breakfast Mixer for judging on April 25 by 7:20 AM before everyone arrives!

Winner receives bragging rights and a special prize.  ;)
