Join us for a pig processing workshop, Saturday, May 25, 2024, instructed by award-winning butcher, Daniel Scepurek, with KCW Processing. This will be a fun and interactive process for the whole family! Feel free to take notes during the process, and be ready to see the anatomy up close and personal as microscopes will be provided. It will be an ENTIRELY interactive, hands-on, experience!

These are NOT drop-off events and chaperones are required to stay with their own children. As always, ALL families are welcome to join us, and we accept private funds as well as school funds from Compass Charter, Pacific Coast Academy, Cabrillo Point, Freedom Academy, Sage Oak and Suncoast Prep. No refunds, but you are welcome to find someone to take your spot if you're not able to attend.
