Erin Benedetto is an Account Manager with the American Red Cross of Southeast Georgia.  Her primary focus is to develop and organize blood drives in 12 counties in Coastal Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida.  Additionally, Ms. Benedetto assists sponsors with donor recruitment and support to ensure successful blood drive efforts.  She joined the organization in August of 2023.

Prior to joining the Red Cross, Ms. Benedetto was Director of Strategy and Business Development for The Design Studio for Film, a Boutique Print & AV creative advertising agency for the entertainment industry. Ms. Benedetto was also with Winston Baker, the preeminent producers of global conferences for financial, legal, and entertainment industries addressing strategies for finance and growth. It was in these roles where she developed her skills in developing innovative strategic sponsor partnerships in the global market.

Ms. Benedetto received her bachelor’s degree in human development from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. She grew up in Chicago, IL, but currently resides on St. Simons Island in Southeastern Georgia.

Four adult children – two grandchildren.

Enjoys bike riding, yoga, golf, open wheel race car driving, board and card games, making puzzles.

Member of Coastal Georgia Historical Society and the Rotary Club of Brunswick.  Volunteers for Keep Coastal Georgia Beautiful and Habitat for Humanity.  Supports various charities such as Memory Matters of Glynn.
