inspection includes observations made, measurements taken, and locations and
analysis results of samples taken during the assessment. The main
idea of an assessment company is that our inspectors are not going to be
involved in the restoration process. That means they will only perform mold
evaluations that include air and surface sampling to determine whether or not
professional intervention is necessary or not. In the event a client does have
elevated levels of mold, we also provide a detailed protocol for how to fix the
issues. This allows consumers to be educated going into the process, and
ensures you will not be paying for any unnecessary issues.
mold assessment and initial testing detects a mold problem, we can write a
Protocol providing detailed instruction for a Licensed Mold Remediation
Contractor (MRC) to follow through the remediation process. Once the mold
has been remediated, we perform Post Mold Remediation Clearance Inspection

been remediated as outlined in the protocol; certify that the underlying cause
of the mold has been remediated so that it is reasonably certain that the mold
will not return from that remediated cause; issue a Certificate of Mold Damage
Remediation (CMDR). (*Cost of the Protocol varies dependent upon the
