One of Plymouth's most popular events, Mill Street Festival is always held on the second Saturday in July. In 2023, Mill Street Festival will be on July 8th, from 8am-4pm. Vendors line both sides of the downtown ready to sell their crafts, food, and give our information. We have two stages of entertainment.
