The Troy Chamber Young Professionals are excited to present their first educational event on May 24 – Lifestyle Matters!

This event will highlight the importance of an individual’s lifestyle on their mental, physical, and financial health. During this panel discussion, you will hear from:

• Elizabeth and Nick Pietrykowski, Co-Owners and Personal Trainers, Peak Physique Fitness Training on Physical Health
• Sarah Pavliscak, Program Director, Brain Balance of Oakland County on Mental Health
• Elizabeth Rosenberg, Founder, The PiggyBank LLC on Finances/Financial Health
• Victoria Whittington, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with Beaumont Troy on Meal Planning/Diet Selections

Healthy sample size snacks from Clean Eatz and Beyond Juice will be provided! Coffee from Qamaria Yemeni Coffee will also be provided.
