We offer four individual Guest Casitas set on 54 private rolling acres with scenic views. Each Casita offers something unique; tranquil water feature, countryside view and a sleepful resting place including kitchenette, living area, central air/heat and private bath. We can accommodate a total of 12 guests in Stearns and Foster/ Four Seasons luxury bedding. Our fluffy terry cloth style FRETTE bathrobes are soft, cozy and terribly tempting! Amenities include; Commercial kitchen with spacious dining for up to 100 guests, Open Air Event Barn, infinity edge swimming pool/outdoor entertaining area with; BBQ grill, ice machine, refrigerator, changing area, outdoor fireplace, sauna, massage room and regulation bocce ball court with fire pit.
The property is part of the Historic Peyton Colony located in the heart and soul of the Hill Country close to wedding venues, local microbreweries and wine region of Fredericksburg and state parks such as Pedernales Falls. 15 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and Blanco.
