Cotulla Main Street is hosting the 4th of July Celebration in Veterans Park.
There will be vendors, beer garden, music, food, games and a spectacular fireworks display.
The Parade will begin at 10AM, Beer Garden at 12PM-1AM, and Fireworks at 9:15PM.
