JBT Promotes Carpenter, Hansson, Hess & Kleinfelter to AVP Roles

Jonestown Bank & Trust Co. (JBT) recently announced that Dee Carpenter, Jaime Hansson, Ashley Hess, and Khristen Kleinfelter have been promoted to Assistant Vice President roles.

DEE CARPENTER:
A resident of Manheim, PA, Carpenter is Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and Commercial Lender for JBT’s Manheim location. Carpenter has been with JBT since 2011 and prior to her current role she served as Branch Manager and Commercial Lender at JBT’s Ephrata location.
Carpenter is a graduate of Manheim Central High School and graduated with honors from PA Banker’s Association (PBA) Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking and PBA School of Commercial Lending. She was also part of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class of 2015. An active member of the community, Carpenter has 26 years of banking experience and is the Assistant Treasurer for the Manheim Fire Company, the Finance Chair for the Women’s Club of Manheim, and is a member of both the Manheim Chamber of Commerce and the Manheim Rotary.

JAIME HANSSON:
Hansson is Assistant Vice President, Bank Trainer and is a Certified Bank Training Professional, overseeing JBT’s Training Department since 2016. With 20 years of banking experience, Hansson holds a Professional in Human Resources certificate and is an Honors Graduate of Phoenix University with a BA in English and a Minor Concentration in HR Management. She is also a graduate of PBA’s School of Banking and an Honors Graduate of PBA’s Advanced School of Banking.
A resident of Lebanon, PA, Hansson is actively involved with Junior Achievement and the American Heart Association in addition to being part of the Cornwall Elementary PTO.

ASHLEY HESS:
Hess is a Jonestown, PA resident and serves as JBT’s Assistant Vice President, Cannabis Banking Manager. Prior to her current role, Hess was the BSA High Risk Analyst with JBT after previously working at JBT’s Lebanon branch as Assistant Manager.
A graduate of Eastern Lebanon County High School, Hess attended Messiah College and is a graduate of PBA’s School of Banking. With 13 years of banking experience, Hess earned the Certified Cannabis Banking Professional designation and is a graduate of Leadership Lebanon Valley. Hess is the Treasurer and serves as a Board Member for Pillows of Love, a non-profit organization in Palmyra, PA that benefits women in need.

KHRISTEN KLEINFELTER:
Kleinfelter has been with JBT for 24 years and is a resident of Lebanon, PA. She is Assistant Vice President, Electronic Banking Manager with responsibility for JBT’s debit card and credit card programs, ATM fleet, online and mobile banking platforms, and a variety of other electronic banking products and services.
A graduate of Lebanon High School, Kleinfelter began her career with JBT in the branch network before making the move to electronic banking.
