Heather Via of Fredericksburg has been promoted to Bank Trainer and Contact Center Manager. Formerly, she was Branch Manager at JBT’s Lebanon Office located at Bowman Street and Route 422. Via has been in the banking industry for 14 years, with 12 of those years at JBT. She started as Teller and earned promotions to achieve her current management position. She is a graduate of Tulpehocken High School and Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking. In the community, Via volunteers with Junior Achievement and is a Midget-Level Cheerleading Coach.

Heather Mease of Palmyra has been promoted to Compliance and Loan Review Specialist. Formerly, she was Assistant Branch Manager at JBT’s Ephrata Office located at Sharp Plaza.  Mease has been with JBT for 7 years. She started as a Teller and held several different roles at JBT until achieving her current position. Mease is a graduate of Northern Lebanon High School and Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking. In the community, Mease volunteers with Junior Achievement.

Carrie Ehrgood of Lebanon has been promoted to Branch Manager at JBT’s Quentin Road Branch, located next to Lowe’s Home Improvement Center on Route 72. Formerly, she was Management Trainee and Project Manager with JBT.  Ehrgood has been with JBT for nearly 5 years. She started as a Teller and was promoted multiple times to achieve her current management role. Ehrgood is a graduate of Cedar Crest High School and Shippensburg University. In the community, she is on the Board of Directors with Leadership Lebanon Valley, and is Chair of Lebanon Valley Young Professionals.
