Nikki is a joyful and exceptionally
others-centered professional. Most recently, she served as a Regional
Director at Everence Financial. For more than twenty years, Nikki has served purpose-driven professional organizations as a leader and service provider
Nikki's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Messiah University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University.
In her community, Nikki serves on the Board of Bridge of Hope National and is a member of West Shore Free Church. She and her husband, Andy, reside in Mechanicsburg and have two children – Ava and Zack.
We are confident that Nikki will hit the ground running at North Group! She is a wonderful leader and when you meet her you will immediately experience her warm and caring spirit. But don’t be fooled, Nikki is a competitor at heart and will thrive in a Consultant role, helping our clients reach their highest potential.
