WELCOME to Rainbow Co-op, now located in Northpark! On behalf of the members of the Ridgeland Chamber, 2019 Chamber Vice-President Beth Henry of Staffers, congratulated General Manager Patrick Jerome and his staff on their convenient new location. If you are looking for a pinch of this spice, or a smidgen or dash of another, the Rainbow Co-op is the place to shop for just the right amount you need. In business since 1980, this new location represents a fresh start for the cooperative which closed its grocery store in Jackson’s Fondren District in July 2018. At Rainbow, you’ll find dried fruits, nuts, seeds, beans and pastas, each in its own corrugated container lined with a plastic bag and equipped with an acrylic lid and a stainless-steel scoop. You’ll also find glass jars of herbs and spices, each sold by the ounce. If you’re looking for ashwagandha, beet root, hyssop, skullcap or sassafras bark, the Rainbow Co-op is your destination. We are so excited that Rainbow Co-op has made its home at Ridgeland’s Northpark. THANK YOU, Patrick, for investing in our City.
