Here are some of the steps we’re taking to ensure your health and that of our employees:
Employee’s temperature is taken prior to all shifts
Lobbies will continue to stay closed for contactless drop off and pick up
While our garage doors will be open during nice weather, please respect our space and do not enter the garage area where employees are working
Employees will wear latex gloves any time they enter your vehicle
Employees will all have personal hand sanitizers
Our work spaces will be cleaned multiple times per day to ensure cleanliness
How to Drop Off and Pick Up Your Vehicle to limit contact:
Call to set up an appointment or come in to drop off your vehicle
Once at the shop - utilize our key drop box to fill out a note saying what work you’re needing completed and drop your keys through. If you have further questions or clarifications on needs give us a call
When completed, we’ll call and request a credit card over the phone to pay for services
We will put your keys back in your vehicle for you to pick up
Should you have specific times you wish us to put keys in your vehicle, places for your keys to go, or prefer locked vs unlocked please communicate this over the phone
We have missed being available to our customers and servicing vehicles these past few weeks and we plan to continue earning your trust and business going forward!
