Tom Reagan, President/CEO said, “As we celebrate our 80th year in business, we are very excited to have Brian join our Executive Team as he is a dynamic, visionary leader.” Reagan added, “Brian will be instrumental in helping us grow with his depth of knowledge in finance, technology, and mergers that he acquired from working at other large financial institutions.”    
Brian’s career accomplishments include serving as the Chairman of the Executive Committee for the National CUNA CFO Council, being a pioneer of interest rate risk management, and having key leadership roles in eight different financial institution mergers. Over the past 25 years, Brian has also taught finance and accounting classes for the Lansing Chapter of Credit Unions and the Bank Administration Institute. In October, Brian will be sharing his vast merger expertise in Orlando, Florida, at the AICPA Conference for Credit Unions.
Brian is a Michigan State University graduate and lives in Howell with his wife Kelly. They have two sons and two grandchildren.
