Forward Commercial Group (FCG) is pleased to announce the signing of the last available medical space at 43700 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills. FCG’s Principal Broker and Founder, Emil Cherkasov, represented both the tenant and landlord for the 2,281 SF medical space lease. When FCG took over leasing representation of the approximate 45,000 SF medical building it was near 25% occupancy.
