Formal Ribbon Cutting and Open House - October 21st

Plymouth, MA – September XX, 2015 – IMAGEination Graphic Solutions opened its new graphic design studio in downtown Plymouth on September 8^th, and will celebrate with a Formal Ribbon Cutting in conjunction with the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, October 21, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the studio’s location at 15 Main Street Extension.

Light refreshments will be provided, as well as door prizes.

IMAGEination is a woman-owned graphic design studio which has operated in Plymouth since 1995.

Owner and designer, Linda Dooley, has been in the graphic design business for over 25 years. The artistic skills and design talents she’s honed enable her to offer clients a wide range of services, from business cards and collateral to signage and websites. IMAGEination Graphic Solutions creates customized packages for businesses, keeping the artwork consistent and providing the best quality products available within their budget. The business was established as a signage and design firm (IMAGEination Signs and Design) in Boston in 1991 out of Linda's determination to create an all-inclusive partner for new businesses to work with in launching their brand.

IMAGEination designs visual communications in traditional print products and electronic applications.

“We specialize in graphic design, illustration, and custom artwork, helping businesses express what makes their brand unique, special and vibrant,” said Dooley. “Our mission is to deliver effective, artistic, and graphically sound representations of each company's personality to help expand their visibility and solidify their brand recognition.”

When Dooley relocated her business and home to Plymouth in 1995, she narrowed her focus to graphic design, highlighting her skill as a graphic artist and becoming IMAGEination Graphic Solutions in 2001, operating on a relatively small scale.

“I used the extra money my design work generated for the kids’ school clothes, birthday, and Christmas gifts,” said Dooley. “The impetus to launch this as a full-time endeavor came with the loss of my husband, Stephen, due to a heart attack in the winter of 2011.”

The proud mother of two teenagers, Dooley studied two-dimensional design at Mass College of Art in Boston and computer-aided design (CAD), 3-D modeling, and computer graphic design at the Computer Processing Institute in Cambridge. She stays current in graphic design technology and trends through industry news and events, building networking relationships, taking relevant courses and experimenting with all the latest releases of industry technology. Dooley is in the process of obtaining her ‘Adobe Ace’ certification, which will allow her to teach Adobe programs to those interested in learning the craft.
