Forward Commercial Group (FCG) is pleased to announce it signed the remaining retail space at the 12,000 SF retail center located at 2170 Cass Lake Road in Keego Harbor. FCG’s Principal Broker, Emil Cherkasov, signed the 1,360 SF retail space to a beauty salon achieving full occupancy. Cherkasov represented both the tenant and the landlord in the deal.
