Royal Oak, Mich. ---January 15, 2019 --- Judson Center, a multi-county human service agency providing autism programs, behavioral health services, child and family services including foster care and adoption in tandem with its affiliate, Child Safe Michigan, and employment services for the disabled, announces its new website, which can be viewed at https://judsoncenter.org/.  The website was developed by Detroit-based MCCI and was made possible through the generosity of a grant from The Jewish Fund.

The new website launch coincides with Judson Center’s 95th anniversary year. Opened in 1924 as an adoption and foster care facility, the organization has grown in response to changing community needs, emerging with a mission to provide expert, comprehensive services in southeastern Michigan that strengthen children, adults and families impacted by abuse and neglect, autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health challenges so they are successful in their communities.

The new website highlights Judson Center’s four key service offerings by category:

=        Child & Family - family preservation, foster care and adoption.

=        Autism - evidenced based, applied behavioral analysis services (ABA) to individuals with Autism, and counseling services, parent trainings, sibshops and events/workshops for family members.

=        Behavioral Health –high quality treatment for those diagnosed with a mental, behavioral or emotional disorder in a safe judgement-and stigma-free environment.

=        Disability – Helping those with a disability live lives of purpose, fulfillment and dignity.

In addition to the new website, Judson Center’s anniversary year includes the opening of the Judson Center Family Health Clinic in Judson Center’s Warren location on February 1. The Judson Center Family Health Clinic will provide primary health services integrated with mental health care to existing Judson Center consumers, primarily children from low-income backgrounds, as well as area residents, and will serve all ages from infants to seniors.

Also at Judson Center’s Warren location, an addition is underway and targeted for completion in second quarter 2019 that will add nearly 4,000 square feet of space to expand existing autism services for children ages 2 to 17 years old.

“With several growth opportunities, 2019 is sure to be an exciting year for our organization,” Judson Center CEO and President Lenora Hardy-Foster said. “Judson Center has spent 95 years finding solutions to help families succeed. The new website is going to help us better communicate the many targeted services we offer to optimize the mental and physical health of our Judson consumers.”
