We are growing our practice and hiring!
We are looking to add a team member to perform full double entry
bookkeeping duties for clients including data entry, transaction
entries, journal entries and bank account reconciliation using
QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
This position will also handle client administration duties,
including greeting clients in the office, answering the telephone,
taking messages and answering frequently asked questions, filing,
scanning and copying. You will be learning and managing our client
portal, entering data for new clients and prospects into software and
workflows in our highly automated office.
The successful candidate is detail oriented, organized with a clear
sense of performing quality work in a time efficient manner. Ability to
work to deadlines and under time pressure is a must. We are looking for a
logical problem solver, with a helpful attitude who works well in a
team environment. Occasional off site work at client locations possible.
