We are looking for housekeeping members who will exceed the expectations of our guests in a multitude of tasks that include but are not limited to housekeeping, maintaining the cleanliness of all yurts, amenities, exterior spaces, linens, public areas, lodge and office.
Our housekeepers pride themselves on having:
Resort Staff responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in all areas of the property
Treat, wash, fold, and prepare linens for each turnover
Complete turnover cleaning checklist for each yurt assigned within the given time frame
Notify supervisor about any maintenance and repair concerns
Continually maintain inventory of linens and cleaning supplies
Complete additional deep cleaning tasks
Communicate yurt status and property condition between all departments (resort staff, maintenance, supervisor)
Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, employee handbook, and written and verbal instructions
Job requirements:
--Friday and Sunday availability is required-- (rotating Saturdays)
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures
Physically able to hike up and down hillsides and trails to check on property conditions
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
Available to work at the Wimberley location also is a plus!
--Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
--Must be able to pass a criminal history check
--Must have a valid driver’s license
