F/T 37.5 hrs./wk., Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region is seeking an Enrollment & Match Support Specialists, located in either the Lebanon or Lancaster communities. Ideal candidates will possess facilitation skills, intake / case management duties, coaching for success and creating positive relationships. Experience working with youth, knowledge of child development/behavior, bi-lingual a plus.
BA degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great position at the heart of our mentoring mission.? One day a week in Harrisburg office, flexible and remote schedule for rest of week.
