Client Resource Center Manager
Full-Time
The Client Resource Center (CRC) Manager is responsible for supervising the Client Resource Center function by establishing policies and procedures for day-to-day operations.  This individual will manage staff to ensure consistent delivery of SMILE standards and build, develop and grow CRC functions related to client usage, delivery channels and options.  The CRC Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of Branch functions at all levels and work with the Bank Trainer to develop new training based on Client Center feedback.  This Manager will work closely with all bank departments to increase the scope of the Contact Center knowledge base and ensure internal/external client experience meets JBT’s Bank on Smile standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum of one year banking experience
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and proficiency MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
